Leg, Core Strength and Endurance Training

 

If your goal is to ski longer, harder and faster, then prepare your body for the challenge. Our training programme combines lower body strength-boosting moves, power exercises and drills to strengthen your hips, torso and shoulders. So you’ll build strength and speed for the mountain while carving up a more flexible body, and one that’s more resilient to injury.

 

Along with your increased strength we will add to your endurance and cardiovascular fitness. This will allow for longer runs, faster recovery and less leg burn. Your friends and family will envy your on hill performance.
