Service Description

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) became law on June 13, 2005.

AODA mandates that over time people with disabilities be granted greater access to the world around them. The act sets out standards in 4 areas.  They are:
 

  1. Information and Communications
  2. Employment
  3. Transportation
  4. Design of Public Space
